The new crew made their first real boat trip yesterday when we came over to Bowen Island for a few days. We rigged some attachment points so the carseats could be secured below, giving us a safe place to put the kids while underway. There was a strong enough northwesterly to raise whitecaps on English Bay, but it was a beautiful sunny day and as a calm as a lake once we got into the lee of Bowen.
